The Art of Letting Go
When was the last time you had a hard time letting something go? What was the thing you couldn't let go of? There's always something about it that hooks us, usually something painful. Sometimes it's hope (that things will change), sometimes it's love, sometimes it's anger, and sometimes it's a combination of feelings. 
To let something go, it's helpful to understand the hook, but there's more to it than that. The are two steps that will help you be like Elsa and Let It Go.
