To get the most out of your daily iffirmation, plan to ask yourself these questions repeatedly throughout the day. Set up reminders for yourself:

  • Set a phone alarm to go off several times today. Name it "My awesome iffirmation." Take 30 seconds to truly ponder the questions when it goes off.
  • Put up sticky notes to remind yourself.
  • Ask yourself the questions while you're brushing your teeth.
